User Agreement

1. Agreement to These Terms

These terms govern your use of Dramigo: Short Dramas and related services. By accessing or using the App, you agree to follow these terms and applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Using Dramigo

Dramigo provides access to short-form entertainment content and related discovery and playback features. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. Features and available titles may change by region or over time.

3. Your Responsibilities

You agree not to interfere with the App, attempt unauthorized access, bypass access or payment controls, use automated tools to extract content, distribute malicious code, misuse intellectual property, or use the service in a way that violates law or the rights of others.

4. Purchases and Subscriptions

Paid features, if offered, are processed under the terms of the app store or payment platform shown at purchase. Prices, billing periods, renewal terms, and cancellation options are presented through that platform. You are responsible for reviewing those details before confirming a transaction.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

The App, its interface, branding, software, and available content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. This agreement does not transfer ownership to you. A limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the App is provided only for its intended personal use.

6. Third-Party Services

The App may link to or depend on third-party platforms and services. Their terms and privacy practices apply to the parts of the experience they operate. Dramigo is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.

7. Service Availability

We work to keep Dramigo available, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Access may be limited for maintenance, security, legal, licensing, or technical reasons. Content or features may be added, modified, or removed.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation

To the extent allowed by applicable law, the App is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not make warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law; nothing here limits rights or remedies that cannot be waived under local consumer law.

9. Suspension or Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated where reasonably necessary to protect the service or others, address a breach of these terms, or comply with legal obligations. You may stop using the App at any time and can manage subscriptions through the platform used to purchase them.

10. Changes to This Agreement

These terms may be revised as the App develops or requirements change. The effective date will be updated when revised terms are published. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply, subject to any notice or consent required by law.
